There's never a definite list (as they may not implement something and do not want to raise expectations) and also no definite time-line.

Until something is more or less certain, that is. Sure we had some insights of 3.0 already during Autumn.

Thanks.. I was hoping staff would tip their hand for us. I just purchased the license for Pro today, and I am looking forward to:
1) Support for Multiple GPU's
2) Quicker Forest Creation (multiple instances)
3) Continually Improved Render Quality

Multiple instances is already possible.  Hold the Shift key to insert (I think) 10 instances at a time then you can copy these then copy all again thus exponentially place more and more. You can later randomize these instances both in size, rotation and scattering.

It is scheduled for Q1.

Hello Arthur, have sown the discouragement and anxiety in my head.

I was hoping to have again the usefulness of shear planes in the new 3.1. According Remko, this topic would be replenished again more quietly, since the version of Lumion 3 had to leave.
For our work, dynamic clip planes are a great option to explain to our customers what lurks in a model.

Honestly I am very disappointed with this item, we back like crabs. I hope you reconsider the issue for 3.1, it would not be something new, but rather restore something that we already had.

Remko, please make effort and surprise us with the restoration of the cutting planes, I'm sure you can.

We're working on clip planes. The reason it's not in 3.x is a bug and we need to find the cause and fix this bug before we have it up and running again. =

The developers have tried to optimise Lumion for multiple-GPU setup in the past but for some reason it didn't yield any noticeable improvement in render times. They suspect DirectX 9 might be to blame.

I personally think they should first target performance/render time optimisations in Lumion that would benefit more users.

An example of such optimisation potential is the terrain which (even when 100% flat) still consists of 1 million 3D points when you render it. And if the sun shadows are active, it's double that.

Thanks, Morten. I really think that most professionals would spend $400-$500 to double there render times. I also want to mention that it would be nice if those in development did not merely aim for a dual card solution, but that they would leverage the processors of all the cards in a computer system.

Please comment if multiple GPU's / faster render times is important to you.
