We have had a couple of VR projects deleted from the server with error saying "Server Error Title HC - project has been deleted" No one has deleted any VRs recently and we have enough VR slots available.

Please advise.

Hi weis, I'm guessing that you're referring to MyLumion 360 Panorama renderings, and that you're using your Lumion 9 Pro License Key with 3 Seats.

The rule of thumb is that you can upload 10 Locations per MyLumion project and there is an allocation of 10 MyLumion projects per Seat.

So, if you're using your Lumion 9 Pro License Key with 3 Seats, you can upload up to 10 Locations in each of the 30 MyLumion projects.

If that limit is exceeded, the oldest MyLumion 360 Panorama renderings will be deleted first.

My colleague will download your version of Lumion 9 Pro, so that we can verify the number of used MyLumion 360 Panorama slots for your License Key.

In the mean time, can you please forward the links to the deleted MyLumion 360 Panorama renderings to [email protected]?

Thanks in advance.

Hi weis

I have checked with your version and see the number of active projects is currently 17 out of the maximum of 30.

I also checked the other license for Lumion and there is also only 3 of the maximum of 10 used.

So plenty of available projects for upload.

Please let us know the problem links as in Mortens reply:

Thanks for uploading the link to one of the deleted MyLumion Panoramas.

We've asked our developers if it's possible to identify the License Key that was used for creating it.
