Video Capture of Lumion 5 During Build Stage

Hello - we have Lumion 5 installed but chances are we can only run the build stage and not create videos and stills for rendering due to graphics card limitations. We hope to in the school capture video with the build stage as the students develop their own towns or houses and then show the projects around the school. The question is does anybody know of any free screen video capture software that we can use and also add music to.
