I have some animated people that I am trying to import into Lumion from 3ds MAX. The animation is applied to rig T pose people via a point cache modifier, and can not get the animation to export and be included in an FBX format. The people just inport in the T pose postion into Lumion, no animation. I have come to the conlusion that the point cache attached to the model is not compatible with Lumion, or I am not exporting it correctly via FBX.
I thought I had saw a post about some using the plugin Point Oven to bake in animation to the model, and then export to FBX? Anyone know anything about Point Oven, with point cache files and FBX exporting?
