Lumion 3.0 is not released yet, but as of 1st of September, new Lumion customers gets upgrade to 3.0 from 2.5 for FREE when it is released.

As of what comes new in 3.0, that is something we want to leak out during the autumn, and hopefully you will be surprised and very excited.

Message 1) Buy Lumion now, get FREE upgrade to 3.0 upon its release

Message 2) Lumion 3.0 is not available yet, great news will be released on regular basis from 1st of September. Stay alert, news will be found via our newsletters and the forum.

Hello guys,

as Lumion 2.5 was released on June 25, 2012 (due to the information given in the release notes) and i bought it in middle of july:

1) I hope the upgrade-costs will not be to high.

2) I hope the future upgrade-cycles are longer than 3-6 Months, because of the costs i have to afford with each upgrade.

3) I wish I would have bought Lumion as "New Customer" with the option to upgrade free from 2.5 to 3.0.

Nevertheless I love Lumion (Pro) and agree with a steady developement.

I too bought or upgraded (2) licenses to Pro mid June and now 2 1/2 months later another major upgrade to 3.0 coming?  Not sure if every 3 months a new major release and have to pay thousand or so dollars how much longer I can keep my boss from saying no thanks not this time to upgrade.  Our projects last about a year from start to finish Drawings so as Architects that work on bigger 50 to 100 million dollar jobs I don't get to use Lumion every day.  We have a hard time upgrading software that we use on a day to day basis just once a year.
