It should say "
Please contact your system administrator", so that they can help you run Lumion with sufficient read/write permissions.
The problem is that something is preventing Lumion from creating the necessary folders in the
Documents folder when starting up the first time.
It could either be anti-virus software or lack of
Windows User Account permissions that are preventing Lumion from creating the folders.
For that reason, we would recommend that you mark
Lumion.exe and the contents of the Lumion installation folder as safe files in your anti-virus software.
Then right-click on the
Lumion.exe file in the installation folder and choose '
Run as administrator'.
Does this resolve the problem?
