Hello,

I downloaded the trial version 7.5 last week at home in France I'm doing a test and everything is fine I even managed to make a nice presentation ^^.

I have to uninstall the software because I am on my laptop and I have no place on my SSD.

Arrived in Greece I wanted to present the software I download a trial version on the same computer and there nothing ... When I open the software it closes immediately.

My computer is a bit limited with a graphics card rated at 1000 but the software still worked with ...

Welcome, maxou.

I'm really sorry but it is unfortunately not possible to run Lumion 7.5 (and 8.5) with a graphics card that has got fewer than 2,000 PassMark points.

If you try to start Lumion anyway, you will experience crashes, glitches and errors.

Yes I have computers more powerful in France unfortunately ...

The operation of lumion on this same computer was therefore a stroke of luck last time

You're right - it was luck.

It might help a little if you close other apps, so that Lumion can access as much of the available graphics card memory as possible - but it will almost certainly crash again, for example when loading a demo scene or when starting the render process.

I have APPCRASH_Lumion.exe file that created this might be useful?

Sadly not.

If it only gets 1,000 PassMark points, there's nothing we can do to make it work like a graphics card with more PassMark points. :-[
