The Revit model's material all turns black when applying a Lumion material, how can we resolve this?

Hi nolascor, before we proceed, please click here to register your Lumion license number.

When you're done, please click here and follow the instructions in order provide as much detail as possible (and upload the LS6 and Revit file) so that we can evaluate the problem.

All right, thanks for the information. :)

As mentioned above, the next step is to please provide the missing information (and upload the Revit file) as requested in this Knowledge Base article.

Thanks in advance.

I do not have the revit file but i saw this in my students work which I will try to get a copy of and post here.

But has this not occurred before that there is a known fix to the situation?

Thanks again and I really like the very quick response

Thanks, but you shouldn't post it here. Please follow the instructions in the Knowledge Base article to see how to upload the file.

But has this not occurred before

Not that I know of. So we can't really comment on it until we receive the Revit file. :)

It's working fine here ???

So what happens when you click on the link?

Do you get an error message? If so, which error is it?

The new link is working, the first one in the thread was a dead link.

I have an ls6 file from a student with the materials turning black but when I opened it, I just saw the green grass scene without any model. Do I need to get the revit file as well?

Yes please.

I have fixed the link above (in post #2) - sorry about that.

Here it is again:

Please click here and follow the instructions in order provide as much detail as possible (and upload the LS6 and Revit file) so that we can evaluate the problem.
