[Awaiting reply] Success Screen freeze

Good Morning,

I have downloaded and installed from a download link that Lumion emailed me for the Educational Version. 
I entered in the activation code and installed the software.

Once completed I ran the software and it starts to load but the software loads up and the word "Succes" in red is the only thing on my screen. Nothing else loads up. There were no error messages when loading the software.

Any help would be helpful!

Good, the next step is to forward the email with the License Number, Activation Code and the link to the Download Manager to uploads[at]lumion3d.com (replace [at] with @).

Please also post a screenshot of the contents of the following folder, so that we can verify that all files are available:
Lumion 7.0.1\ArchitectEdition\Classes\RenderEngine\
