I followed the steps to set up my student access, but made a mistake in my student email account. How can I ask for the email with setup instructions to be sent to another email account? I tried to follow the steps for student access again, but I get denied. The website says that access was already provided to me (but I never received the email). Please help.

Please contact my colleagues who look after the student applications here: info [at] (replace [at] with @).

Provide them with the details of your application (name, address, university etc), and the incorrect email and correct email.  Thanks in advance.

Once they have fixed the email address and resent you the download instructions email, follow the steps to register the license so you can get access to the Education Section of the Support Center here.
IMPORTANT: Please do not send private messages and emails to members of staff - unless we specifically ask you to send us sensitive information, for example License Keys.
