[Resolved] Student Trial Expired, reapplied, can't find license

When I open Lumion, it gives me an error telling me my student license has expired. I have repeatedly tried to reapply, but then I am told that I have already redeemed the offer.  I cannot find the email with my new license key.
How do I find my license key?

Your student application was approved by SheerID 10 August 2019 and we sent you the Getting Started with Lumion email the same day.

However, you applied under a different email than your .edu address.

You used a Gmail account, and*******@gmail.com.  Do you have access to that email?  I have resent it to that address.  Please also check in the Promotions tab.

And please confirm receipt or not.

To get access to the Support Center and full support, please create an account and register your License Key as in How do you get technical support?
