Thanks for your interest in Lumion
Your English is fine
...1- Is it possible to import into the Lumion software, the true relief (heightmap) the land on which we want to place our building?...
Lumion can import Heightmaps
. Refer topic HOW TO WORK WITH TERRAINS IN LUMION
in LUMION 6: Quickstart Guide
...2- If possible to do so, what procedures to achieve this?...
See topic referred to in 1. above. You just click on the button Load Terrain Map
in Terrain Tools
(see pic 1 attached).
...3- What software we could use to do so?...
As the topic mentions in 1. above, you can make your own terrain/landscape in a 3D modelling application such as SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, Revit etc, and import it to Lumion.
If you want to create a greyscale Heightmap, then that's possible in SketchUp (there is a plug-in tool) or you can use other terrain software such as Terragen or DAZ Bryce, Blender?, World Machine
...4- Is there any tutorials that could help us achieve our project?...
. See the link at the topic of the forum - second menu Tutorials
There is a Student version available through qualifying educational organisations. Does your place already have Lumion? If not, then ask your lecturer to make enquiries via our details and online form here
