Hi lebleuetok
Thanks for your interest in Lumion

Your English is fine

.
...1- Is it possible to import into the Lumion software, the true relief (heightmap) the land on which we want to place our building?...
Lumion can import
Heightmaps. Refer topic
HOW TO WORK WITH TERRAINS IN LUMION in
LUMION 6: Quickstart Guide.
...2- If possible to do so, what procedures to achieve this?...
See topic referred to in 1. above. You just click on the button
Load Terrain Map in
Terrain Tools (see pic 1 attached).
...3- What software we could use to do so?...
As the topic mentions in 1. above, you can make your own terrain/landscape in a 3D modelling application such as SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, Revit etc, and import it to Lumion.
If you want to create a greyscale Heightmap, then that's possible in SketchUp (there is a plug-in tool) or you can use other terrain software such as Terragen or DAZ Bryce, Blender?,
World Machine.
...4- Is there any tutorials that could help us achieve our project?...
Sure is

. See the link at the topic of the forum - second menu
Tutorials.
There is a Student version available through qualifying educational organisations. Does your place already have Lumion? If not, then ask your lecturer to make enquiries via our details and online form
here.
