I'm trying to renew my Lumion student license, however, I'm getting an error saying that I already received a email with my product code. I never received an email besides the one from 2 years ago with my old key, and another email saying to renew my student license - which is exactly why I'm trying to do. I've only used Lumion for a 1 year period and am just trying to renew at a graduate architecture student.

Hi Ben, I can see that you've got an expired Lumion 9 Student License Key and a newer, valid Lumion 9 Student License Key. The latter was issued in June 2019 and is valid until June 2020.

I'll go ahead and send you the 'Getting started with Lumion' email for the latest, valid Student License Key.

Simply uninstall any versions of Lumion in which you get a 'License Key is expired' error and then download and install the new version via the Download Lumion link in the 'Getting started with Lumion' email.
