Can we import sound files?  I need some birds chirping and some others that aren't in the program.

Hi dmedraft

Import of sound files for Sound Effects is not available in any of the versions.  It has been suggested by other members and is in the wishlists.

That's too bad because the ones included are not too useful.

Hi dmedraft

You are welcome to add some suggested sound effect files.

Here's a few:

two men talking
two women talking
sparrows chirping
fire truck siren
police siren
dog barking
cat meow
cow
horse
trees blowing in wind
crickets

Are any of these already in there?

It's ok though, I am able to add sound in my post render software and it works great.

Thanks

Hi dmedraft

Thanks for the suggestions.

Yes, it's reasonably easy to add music and sound effects in a video editor.  But it's another step to take before the final video is produced.  Note support for sound and included in the MP4 is a Pro version feature.

Attached is a list of the Library Sound Files.
