Software Login Message: "Could not connect. Error code = 0x"

Hi, I've just downloaded Lumion Free and installed it. When I run the software, it tells me to enter my username and my password. I write the same as my Lumion account but a message appears telling me this:

"Could not connect. Error code = 0x".

And the login window appears again.

I'm going crazy trying to know why this message appears everytime I try to login. My internet conection works fine, I've checked the Firewall and Lumion's conection is all permitted. Anybody knows what's happening?? |:(

I'm getting the "LOGINFAILED" message. Is this a problem? I'm sorry, I'm not English, but I understant the problem is not getting the word.

I have no problem with my Internet connection and I've checked the firewall, everthing's ok. I also checked the hosts file and there's nothing about Lumion.

The Cloudflare article you sent me is from September 15, 2012. ???

I don't know what to do...

Hi gerardtusq, I guess this was the CloudFlare incident Arthur meant to post a link to.

Regarding the activation problem, it seems to work fine here if I activate Lumion Free 2.5 as a non-licensed user.

And if it says 'LOGINFAILED' at your end, it means that the internet connection is working fine as well, so let's hope Arthur has some other ideas...

Is this only the case for L3 users who have to login before they can work with L3?

If so then I suggest to look for another way of "logging in software" 'cause it sucks when the server is out and L3 users are in a hurry to start/finish their projects.

Just my 2 cents.

Hi J-P, I think you misunderstood something - gerardtusq is trying to start Lumion Free 2.5.

Lumion 3.x has a completely different license system.

If you experience any problems with your Lumion 3.x license right before a deadline and you haven't got time to wait for Arthur to reset your license, you can always use an Emergency Activation Code to activate Lumion. There's more information in the Support section of the website.

Yes, my case is Lumion Free 2.5

It just doesn't work on my PC. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled, and it happens olways the same.
