Not at the moment no. However, the flatten tool can get you there, albeit with a bit of practice

If you have difficulty getting a feel for the size of what you deform in the landscape, I'd advice to 1st drop in a object that has dimensions you can estimate correctly to some degree. Then create your 1st heightbump which should be big enough for the flatten-tool to get a good grab. Switch to the flatten tool and slowly move it outwards to let it level the terrain for you. Note: If you notice the flatten tool has difficulty getting a grab or it switches do a different height, all depending on the complexity of your scene and landscape, try switching to a top view. Also experiment with the brush speed. Dont put it on max for this kind of work.
