Hi Gaia, welcome.

You need to make sure that the SketchUp model is close to the world center in SketchUp (0,0,0) before importing the SKP file in Lumion.
The reason is that the distance between the insertion point of an imported model and the model itself in Lumion corresponds to the distance between the world center (0,0,0) in SketchUp and the model position in SketchUp.
In other words: if the SketchUp model is far away from 0,0,0 in SketchUp it will be similarly far away from the insertion point in Lumion.
The only situation in which this isn't the case is if you deliberately offset the drawing axes in
SketchUp.
If so, you need to right-click on the
blue axis in SketchUp and choose
Reset. Once you've done that, you'll see the true position of the model in relation to 0,0,0 (and therefore also in relation to the insertion point in Lumion).
Does this make sense?
