Topic: scrolling down in lumion 6 library

hey,

I'm new to lumion

i can't scroll down in my library to view the other objects

e.g. in the tree section i can see part of the 4th row but i can't scroll so i can see the whole 4th row or check if there are more rows.

please help ASAP!

how do i find my licence?

I'm actually using lumion on my dad's PC whilst he's abroad so i don't really know how to see the licence

The license number is in the email that your dad received when he purchased Lumion.

Just send him a text message or call him.

he's abroad in yemen and i don't think he has internet access.

can't you guys help me using the general object library or does each different lumion have different settings so you need the license number to check my specific library?

When using a low resolution monitor (like with laptop) some parts of the library userinterface won't show. It seems the library window is 'fixed' at certain resolution and there is no scroll function there.
However only the last row of objects is cut off. The rest of the objects is under the other tabs which you'll see on the top.

thanks for the reply

we its actually a big 32 inch tv screen and we just brought a new pc with the best features so i don't think its a resolution issue as we've set everything to the highest quality in lumion,

so are there only 4 rows in each tab anyway?
