[Resolved] Reset for Trial Version

Today I download the trial for 7.3, I was using it but unfortunately my computer reboot and now this message appear.

What can I do?

It can happen like that.  The license is not released (which occurs during a normal close down of Lumion), so the license server thinks it's still in use.

Usually if you restart Lumion it can reset the license for you, even for computer reboots.

However, if it's still not working, then please forward to [email protected], the "Getting Started with Lumion" download email that shows the license and download link etc, so we can look at a reset for you.
IMPORTANT: Please do not send private messages and emails to members of staff - unless we specifically ask you to send us sensitive information, for example License Keys.
