It can happen like that. The license is not released (which occurs during a normal close down of Lumion), so the license server thinks it's still in use.
Usually if you restart Lumion it can reset the license for you, even for computer reboots.
However, if it's still not working, then please forward to [email protected]
, the "Getting Started with Lumion" download email that shows the license and download link etc, so we can look at a reset for you.
