Hi dds543, I'm sorry to hear that Lumion crashed; I hope that your didn't lose any data or work.

1. Was the crash unexpected or does the PC not meet the minimum system requirements?

2. What were you doing before it crashed?

3. Please attach a Diagnostics Report, so we can take a look at the PC:
