Is there any way to replace Imported objects from other file formats, with Lumion Library objects, using the "Replace with Library Selection" feature?

No. The replace functions are specific to the selection process and the type of object in use, being either Lumion Library Objects or Imported Objects.

Can I ask in what way are you wanting to use something like that?

I have a project with hundreds of trees from sketchup, and wouldlike to replace them with trees from the lumion library.

A little bit of placement work required then.

The advantage you may have is that the trees in SkUp can be used for positioning the Lumion trees a little more quickly than starting from scratch. 

You could export the SkUp in two parts, main model and trees separately, then use the imported trees as the placement guide, then once Lumion trees placed, delete the SkUp trees.
