Please let us know what version of Lumion you are using.  See Where Can I Find the Lumion Product and Version Details

Are you rendering to Print or Poster?

He is using Lumion 6.0.1.

This problem is easily resolved: simply install a newer version of Lumion. ;)

If you've got a Lumion 6 license, the latest version is 6.5.1.

If you've got a Lumion 7 license, the latest version is 7.5.
