Because 25 fps is the framerate that is used for animations in Lumion.
what happens in 30 fps videos then? does lumion recalculate?
Yes, the 25 fps animations are interpolated to whatever framerate you are rendering a video in.
in 2.5 i sometimes i have the impression, the animated (walking) people (some of them) slide a bit , but i still have to investigate, if that depends on the framerate of the video.
Video framerates have no influence on sliding feet.
Sliding in 2.5 occurs because walking 3D people in 2.5 use a single speed parameter.
In Lumion 3, they each have an individual speed parameter in order to reduce sliding.
