Put a plane just below the surface and set the planes material to Custom --> Standard.  Set the reflectivity sliders to produce the required amount of reflection.

You can also use the Reflection Control (Utilities).  Move the control to a position local, make sure about 15 or more up to pick up the local environment.  This is creates a 360 environment map and is used in reflections for water.

The Reflection Control (Utilities) is too hard and do not reflect the views of natural
With standard materials as well as
Is there a more accurate Does not

With the Standard Material the Reflection Control should also be added to the scene and moved to a position local as the reflection settings in this material use the same environment map.

Some users have found the plane underneath to work fine for what they needed, it depends on how 'accurate' you need it.

You could try a plane under the water, not set to Glass (as that won't work) but set to Standard Material and add a Reflection Plane Effect for the plane.  Not tested myself/ yep it works  :-D.

just be aware that the glass reflections in the water reflection is not present. seems to be the only limitation.

Put the plate in water Or use a standard material for reflection control is not the right way.
Because the real world is reflected in its water level The software should have the power to allow water to determine the amount of reflection.
Reflections in the water is turbid It depends on the amount of water turbulence
However, as reflected in the materials will be under water in some places

Anyway, thanks for your answer

Correct, and the developers are aware of the limitations.
