What you see in Lumion is not proper blurring (as in V-Ray for example), it's more like a distortion of the reflections.
Speaking of using 'bumpmaps' on your floors, it's very important that you know the difference between
bumpmaps and
normalmaps.
The top half of this texture is a
bumpmap and the bottom half is a
normalmap:
TIP: Lumion can only use normalmaps. Don't ever use bumpmaps 
Remko noticed that if you add a
bumpmap instead of a proper
normalmap (the purple type) to a reflective floor for example, planar reflections will be offset.
For that reason, it is misleading that the tooltip for the
Normalmap texture slot in the materials in Lumion says
Change Bump texture (this is already on the bugtracker list).
