so when i try and "record" to set up the camera in the movie tab, it automatically jumps from the scene it was showing to this odd view that it does not allow me to get out of. i figured out that when i go back to the modeling tab right after it happens the camera is stuck somewhere underneath my imported object which happens to be the house. any suggestions?

one of the pictures does not seem to link correctly but if you click on it, it shows what the recording looks like

Hi noel.hdz.vdz,

1) Which version of Lumion are you using?

2) Can you zip and upload the 2 scene files, so that I can take a look? (Click on "+ Additional options" when you reply to attach files to your posts)

The scene files are located on the C: drive in Documents/Lumion 2/Scenes.

3) I will also need a step-by-step description of what to do to reproduce the problem you are experiencing. Does it happen consistently or only occasionally? Have you tried right-clicking when it gets stuck?

i am using lumion 2.1 Build4, about to upgrade to 2.2.

i open the scene; go to the movie tab; click record in one of the record boxes; and then hit play.

but i just now realized that i wasnt recording anything at all and rather playing an empty strip, started using the snap shot tool and now it works  :o  thank you for your help
