Hi

The Passmark site does not list all known GPU's, only those submitted by users.  So you would need to find the closest GPU to the ones you are looking at.

Google Search:
1. NotebookCheck: AMD Radeon R7 M265

The performance of the Radeon R7 M265 is similar to the Nvidia GeForce GT 640M and GeForce GT 730M.

The GT 640M has a Passmark of 1022, still way to below minimum requirements.

2. NotebookCheck: AMD Radeon HD 8730M:

The performance of the Radeon HD 8730M is similar to the GeForce GT 640M LE.

The GeForce GT 640M LE has a Passmark of 870, below specs, so Radeon can be expected to be same.

For laptops, you need to be looking at the high end of the specifications, either GTX 680M, GTX 770M(min), GTX 780M, GTX 870M(min),GTX 880M, or similar or above performing Radeon.

Here are some recent topics in regard laptops more suitable for Lumion.  The key is that mobile GPU's have a lot less performance that their same desktop GPU:
