Hi,
It was for version 4.5 and now 4.5.1. Earlier this year we downloaded 4.5 successfully on behalf of the customer and couriered them DVDs as they had the same issue. So we believe its not the download manager that is at fault it is something else. We will report back after the customer has tested downloading with a 3G mobile link.
