When you brought the model into Lumion, you probably applied a couple textures, maybe tweaked some of the textures from Sketchup with the Standard material. Then by saving the material set, it groups all the textures for that model into a single package. To apply that same material set to another model, first make sure they have the exact same color coding/textures applied in Sketchup as the original model you applied Lumion textures to. If all the color coding matches up, then you import the new models in, select the material editor, select the model, then hit the load material set button. Note both of this buttons are found in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, not to be confused with the buttons for saving/loading "Standard" materials. Hope that helps.
It is possible that Sketchup makes duplicates of textures. For instance green_001 and green_002 might be the exact same color in Sketchup, but because the naming convention, Lumion will read them as different textures. So make sure your other buildings don't have duplicate textures, but rather the exact same textures as your first model.
