The upgrade to v4.5 email will have gone to the email you linked with the purchase. It's often best to have a generic one for the business, so that when staff changes, the emails are still going to the business.
Please send your purchase details: date, other email address, license key to our office to request a copy of the upgrade email for v4.5: info [at] act-3d.com. Advise them as to the preferred email address.
I would get your current details sorted first, then do the upgrade to Pro, so that the Pro upgrade has all the correct contact details.
