It's fixed for your account.
It only occurs for users that have no status in the main user database. This can happen because you were automatically added to the database because you purchased Lumion for example and it did not set your user status.
In the future we will change this process. When you buy Lumion you will get a key. You must create a forum account yourself, then enter the key and your account is upgraded to 'licensed'. The next thing is to start Lumion. You need to enter your login and password and Lumion will activate. We will also ditch the dongle in the future. This is much easier because new customers will be able to use Lumion directly without waiting for the mail .
Thank you so much for rectifying my account, Remko, really appreciated. It is working like a charm now. I think your solution for new users to create their own account and turn it to a licensed account using a key is a great approach.
I do feel the dongle is causing some inconvenience occasionally. Especially, such dongle is easy to be lost or broken when travelling and not to mention some users have limited USB slots to accompany such device. In the other hand, activating Lumion through online server is not practical either. It's a pain for us(users overseas) because of the instability of network.
Never the less, in time, I trust you guys would have a better and waterproof solution for us in the future. Thanks again for your great support.
