Hello, i am working in a company with 7 people and we are planning to buy lumion licences. Before that we wanted to test it, so i activated the code and managed to come until installation part. The thing is i did not get a product key via email and the key i have under my login section is not completely visible, 1711-****- something like that. I downloaded Lumion Trial 7.5.Please send me the key, [email protected] I am waiting for your reply. Thanks

Hi Lutfiye, the email with the License Number, Activation Code and Download Manager link is sent automatically, the moment you have filled in the form on the Lumion Trial page.

If you cannot find it in your Spam/Junk folder, there is something in your email software which is preventing it fom arriving.

For that reason, I'd be grateful if you could please double-check that the senders and domain names in step 2 in the article below are whitelisted in your email software, and on your network in general:

In any case, we have re-sent the Lumion 7.5 Trial email a few minutes ago.

Please confirm receipt.

P.P.S. Did you know that there are two different trial versions? You might want to consider getting the Lumion 8.0 Pro Trial version instead:
