Hi franksdei, are you saying that your firewall prevents you from downloading the official Lumion download manager which is available in the Customer Area?
If that's the case, it is pointless to continue, since the activation procedure of Lumion requires a working unblocked internet connection, so that we can verify your login details on our license server.
Is there really no way that your system administrator will let you download and run the Lumion download manager?
