Problem with internet connection

Hello,
we have an urgent problem with a costumer that he isn’t able to run Lumion on his computer because Lumion doesn't find a internet connection!
I already tried to help the costumer in this way:
1)Take off Avast Antivirus and Windows Firewall
2)Reset internet options
3)Follow every step from this link on Lumion Forum: https://support.lumion.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003455014-How-do-you-transfer-projects-from-an-older-Lumion-version-to-a-newer-version-of-Lumion-1
4)Check his internet connection

The OS of the costumer is Windows 8.1 with all the upgrades done.

Please help us to find a solution as quickly as possisible.

Hi CadAcademy,

1) You have accidentally posted your question in the section for Demo and Trial versions of Lumion. Please click here to register a license, so that you get access to the full forum.

2) What was the result of step #1 in the Knowledge Base article?

3) Please zip + send a copy of a file called "hosts" (no extension) in "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc" on the customer's PC to uploads [at] act-3d.com.

problem solved! I saied to costumer to reset his router and now Lumion works.
