problem urgent rendering video

 i have laptop hp pavalion dv i7 ram 8 gig vga amd radeon 2 giga dedicated
i ve problem in rendering videos on the HD quality
when i try to render video on HD reslotion the lumion turns to blank white window and i have to close it
the problem happens regardless the length of the video and the level of details
please any help would useful i have a presentation after 3 days
and thanks in advance :)

Hi mohamedsafy, please run "DXdiag" in the Windows Start menu -> Click on "Save All Information", and attach the dxdiag.txt document to your next post (Click on "+ Additional Options" below the text field). This allows us to check which graphics card you are using.

IMPORTANT: Please do not send private messages and emails to members of staff - unless we specifically ask you to send us sensitive information, for example License Keys.

Ah, it looks like your laptop has 2 graphics cards: Intel HD and an AMD Radeon card.

Please follow the instructions on HP's website to ensure that Lumion never uses the Intel HD card:
