You should be able to find the details of what is on your system via Control Panel --> Device Manager --> Display Adaptors see attached pic (also usually the driver for the card is displayed in the System Tray or its accessible form the desktop right click menu).
As you mention a warning message and that was "..AMD.." then I guess the system should show an AMD/ATI GPU, and perhaps you should see Catalyst Control Center to manage the GPU.
Please try following the steps in the link as mentioned earlier, or if available someone at your location who can help.
If you have a dedicated GPU, then it's a matter of then working out if it is powerful enough to run Lumion.
