hi when i started Lumion

announces a message that said
"not the same! 1024" 
"not he same2! 512
desc.width  64


my computer is ASUS
8 Ram
Core i7
nvidia 1gb

whats the problem ??

Hi carlos7xz, I'm guessing that your laptop uses power-saving Optimus technology, ie, 2 graphics cards: a fast Nvidia card for 3D applications and a slower Intel HD card for word processing, web browsing etc.

The Nvidia control panel allows you to specify which applications should use the fast Nvidia card. Here's how to do that:

Hi ErickMayo,

1) Which version of Lumion are you using?

2) Please run "DXdiag" in the Windows Start menu -> Click on "Save All Information", and attach the dxdiag.txt document to your next post (Click on "+ Additional Options" below the text field). This allows us to check which graphics card, Windows version and hardware you are using.

Hi! I have the same problem, I cant start using lumion because of this sign. Here I send my computer information, is a new computer and I thought that it had a good video card, maybe I am wrong. Please help me to understand what is the problem, thank you very much!

So why does not my video card work? Sorry but I dont understand to much, when I bought this computer they told me the graphic card was 2gb and that It was very good. So was this a lie?

If you read the FAQ posts, you will notice that Lumion requires a graphics card with at least 1,500 PassMark points, and this is the minimum for simple scenes.

Your laptop PC has 2 graphics cards:
AMD Radeon HD 7660G & 7670M.

Here are the PassMark points of the 2 graphics cards in your laptop PC:
836: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+HD+7670M&id=320
667: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+HD+7660G&id=316

As you can see, they do not meet the minimum requirements for running Lumion.

Same problem here. my video card's PassMark points are 3510 http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+HD+6970&id=84
It's a 2GB card, I attach the DirectX diagnostic, please help!
