Currently there is no specific type of polycarbonate as a material in any version.
You can possibly create one yourself. As it needs transparency it has to be a
Glass Material. The
Glass Material requires a 32 bit texture (TGA or PNG) that holds an alpha or transparency map. That texture has to be applied in the modelling tool to the surface. Then it will import correctly, so that when you apply the
Glass Texture for that surface, you can use the
Texture Influence slider to show the texture. The rest is handled by the level of
Transparency.
Getting the right look to the texture is the tricky part.
