Please help! Installation problems of full version

I just finished downloading the full version and when I double click the icon I get the message,

"The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running.  Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."

I am running Win7 x64 and the "LumionSetup.exe" icon is on the desktop.  When I try to run the program as an administrator, I get the message,

"Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\...\Desktop\LumionSetup.exe'.  Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."

I checked the file size and these are the results:

 

Size:  1,772,320,090 bytes

Size on disk:  1,772,322,816 bytes

This is probably related to the other problem. We are building a new installer that has a small exe and a data file to avoid this problem.

 

Earlier a anti virus was busy with the exe when you ran it. So please try to disable antivirus first and try again.

I don't think I'm having the same problem.  I disabled AVG 9 and I still get the same message when trying to start exe.  From the earlier post, it looks like I have the correct file size.  Is there another setting I should look at?  When will new installer be ready?  I'm on a deadline.

Well we tried often on x64 win7.

 

The other problem was related to some microsoft malware checker. Does it take long to give that message or is it immediatly?

 

The new installer is already build but not uploaded yet I think. For sure tommorrow available.

The message pops up immediately.  I opened task manager and no jump in CPU activity occurs.  Also, no process called MSMpeng is active before or during the click.

My system: 

i7 960

12gig RAM

NVidia Quadro FX 1800 ---> just ordered a GTX580

Win 7 x64

 

The demo version worked fine

Please try the alternative link I send you. If it doesn't work I guess you will have to wait till tomorrow morning for the new setup.

Now that I think about it, the first download attempt failed.  It was partially through the download when the download window disappeared.  I then clicked on the download link a second time, at which point the download quickly began up to the point where it stopped before and then continued downloading at the normal pace.
