Hello!
I have a Lumion 10 Pro license, and have been trying to make a few panoramas to be viewed in MyLumion, and no matter what I do when it renders it does not have the same lighting parameters set by the real skies or the sun settings. It previews just fine (attached image)

Here is the finished rendered pano: https://view.mylumion.com/?p=56clqr6ioq9x6cnf

The pano is way darker than it should be and I am at a loss as to how to fix this

Welcome, amsherwood.

I'm sorry to hear that.

Just to temper your expectations, certain Effects can't be rendered in Panorama Mode due to technical constraints.

1. To see if that's what's causing the difference, we'd be grateful if you could please upload the .LS Project file.

Here's how to upload the file:

Knowledge Base: How do you upload files to the Lumion staff?

2. Please also let us know which Panorama number we should render and what the Output quality is set to, e.g. 3 stars.

Thanks in advance.

I have sent it! But forgot to put which pano scene: it's the first one, honestly all of them are doing it so it does not really matter. It was set to MyLumion 5 star quality

Thanks again!

That's great; thanks for uploading it so quickly.

We'll take a look.

The problem is that you set the Editor Quality to 1 star on the Settings screen.

This means that certain shadows are not being calculated in order to optimise performance while editing your Scene.

In other words: what you see on the 360 Panorama rendering is in fact the final version with all of the shadows calculated correctly.

To preview the 360 Panorama with shadows, please switch to 2, 3 or 4 star Editor Quality on the Settings screen (F2, F3 or F4) and adjust the sun position to your liking.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help with.
