A client of mine could navigate in 3d my scenes create with the licensed version using the Lumion demo?

No, the Demo version does not ship with the full object library, so there would be a lot of red "question mark" objects if he tried to open your scene with the Demo version. Until there is a standalone viewer, you will need an installation of the full version of Lumion and of course the USB dongle to inspect a Lumion scene on another PC.

For people who are reading about this topic for the first time I should hasten to add that there's already a bunch of requests that deal with this issue on the wish list, not just requests for a standalone viewer but also for ways to collaborate on projects (e.g. a Merge function etc) and for making scenes more portable in general (so you don't have to copy scene/library files manually).
