I have had this same glitch with Lumion 9, 9.5, and 10. When I am rendering, random planes appear and begin cover model. Once the coladdae is refreshed the planes temporarily disappear and eventually reappearing.  It has gotten to a point where I can no longer render a single image without this glitch happening. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling lumion with no avail and I can open the same file on lumion on a different computer the glitch does not occur. any thoughts? thanks

Hi austinlightle, I'm sorry to hear that.

1. The first thing to do is to install the latest driver for your graphics card and all available updates for Windows. Here's how:

Knowledge Base: How do you install the latest system software required to run Lumion?

2. When you're done installing the driver and all available Windows updates (this may require several restarts), please check if that makes a difference.

3. If not, please attach a Diagnostics Report so we can verify that the latest system software has been installed correctly:

Hello,

I updated the graphics and all available windows updates but the problem still occurs. I have attached the lumion diagnostic report.

I can see that Lumion has frozen or crashed 4 times on your PC (Revit and InDesign have also crashed a few times).

This shouldn't happen.

1. Although unrelated to the issue, I'd recommend installing the latest Windows updates.

2. Do the included example Projects work fine? For example, if you render the Farnsworth House Photos?

3. Is the CPU or the NVIDIA RTX 2080 Ti overclocked or overheating?

4. Try running Furmark. Do you see pixel artifacts or any pop-up errors in FurMark while the stress test runs for 10 minutes?

5. Download and install PassMark PerformanceTest 9 and run it. When it's done running the performance test, please attach a screenshot of the results.
