Hi, I would like to know which card is best suited to graphics processing used in lumion. I know the money for the most appropriate desktop is the GTX 680, but I am setting up a notebook. And the options available are those cited in the title.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 or Nvidia GeForce GTX 850M

Can you please clarify which card you mean re the GTX 750.  Do you mean GTX 750M (not listed as a product at NVIDIA and Passmarks) or GT 750M?

In either case I would not suggest either, the Passmark of the GTX 850M is 1807, so just slightly above minimum suggested for Lumion.  For laptops you need to consider the top end GTX cards, either X70M or X80M series.
