We recently purchased Lumion 7 about 2 months ago, and we are not eligible for the free upgrade? Is there any work around for this?

Hi wcosta, I'm afraid not.

If you enter your license number on the 'Upgrade' page, it will list the discounted price for the upgrade:
https://lumion.com/upgrade.html
