Customer support is done through these forums and private emails.
There are two guys, Peter & Morten, and between the two of them, they do an excellent job of helping customers. They are very diligent and resourceful, and we usually hear back from them within a few hours of posting, given the different time zones everyone is in.
It might not look like there is much support from the viewpoint of someone new to the product, but I will most certainly vouch for these guys, as they have helped me through every issue I have ever had with quick turnarounds. Ultimately, I've never missed a deadline because of bugs or other issues.
There are also many veteran users on the forums here who also help field questions for quicker resolution of issues.
