O down load a trial, got the license set up a profile but I cant find the software even though I down load it.

Hi Stella,

1. Can you confirm that you received a 'Getting started with Lumion' email with a link to the Lumion Download Manager?

2. If so, did you click on the Download Manager link in the email to download it?

3. If so, did you run the Download Manager and wait for it to finish the download process?

4. If so, is the problem that you can't find the Lumion installation files that the Download Manager has downloaded?

5. If so, the Lumion installer executable file and the installation files will be located in the same folder that the Download Manager was downloaded in. Do you know which folder the Download Manager was downloaded in?

1. You mean when you click on the Download Manager link in step 3 in the 'Getting started with Lumion' email and the Download Manager webpage opens?

2. Or do you mean when you double-click on the Download Manager executable file? (Assuming it was downloaded to your PC successfully?)

3. It's probably best if you attach a screenshot of the error message, so we can see when it occurs.

I started down load it see image first step, 2nd step, and final stop

(Please do not post your License Key and Activation Code in public. Ideally, you should treat them like credit card numbers :))

The 'Access denied' error message you're seeing when clicking on the Download Manager link in the 'Getting started with Lumion' email is either caused by a lack of Windows permissions or by overzealous security software. It's usually the latter.

Please click on the up arrow button next to the Save button, select Save As and pick the Desktop as the location you want to save the Download Manager executable file to.

Is this working as expected?

Alternatively, please try to install Google Chrome.

Then click on the link in step 3 in the 'Getting started with Lumion' email in Google Chrome to see if it helps.
