Laptop crashed before I was able to close Lumion. I currently don't have access to that laptop computer.

Lumion version 9.5

Was the crash the result of some other problem with the laptop?  Lumion itself should not crash if the hardware performance matches that needed for a Scene.

If you attach to a post the Windows Diagnostics (DXDiag) Report, we can review your laptop specifications . Refer our Knowledge Base Article: How do you attach a diagnostics report to a post?
