Hi Mikey, please attach a screenshot of the Settings screen in Lumion (Click on + Additional Options when you reply).

(I assume you already checked whether your hardware is ok, and that your graphics card has enough PassMark points as outlined in this FAQ post)

Hi Mikey, please go to the Account Settings and add your Lumion license. As soon as you have done this, you will get access to the Commercial Users forum where we provide faster support.

Anyway, brace yourself for some bad news: your Nvidia GT640 is not fast enough to run Lumion correctly :(

Have a look at the PassMark section in this FAQ post.

Your card unfortunately only has 1296 PassMark points, so your only option is to upgrade your graphics card - and possibly other components in your PC. If you would like us to assist you with this, please let us know what your budget is and what all the specifications of your current PC are (including current power supply etc).

Hi Mikey, just to double-check, can you confirm that you have entered your Lumion license key in the Add Lumion 3 Key field in your Account Settings without any spaces/odd characters? I should also mention that the field is case-sensitive, so A should be A (not a).

Hi Mikey, thanks for that - you have entered the license key correctly.

I will forward your details to Arthur so that your status will change to 'Licensed user' here in the forum.
