H? I'm IT Personal on a Architectural company. And I have Lumion licance key. I said that issue to boss and he give permission to do this to me. Our lumion licance stuck on unknown lumion forum account and I need help for that.

A Lumion license can be shared among as many Support Center accounts as you need.

If you would like us to remove a license from a Support Center account (for example if the person has left your company), please forward the license number, receipt/proof of purchase and the name of the Support Center account to uploads[at]lumion.com (replace [at] with @).
