Topic: Moving / Pulssating arrows

Hi,

I have a project where I need to illustrate certain logistic conciderations within my building.

For this purpose i'd like to show moving arrows til illustrate how things are moving in certain stages of a production.

Any suggestions

Hi Claus, there are 2 options:

1) Create the animated arrows in 3DS Max/Maya and import them in Lumion.

2) Or import some stationary arrows and animate them with the Move or Advanced Move effects in Movie mode.

Hi Morten.

I chose the advanced move option, but i am having problems controling the moves.
My object - in this case a cow - seems to sort of waddle, turning i different directions, especially in narrow turns.
Furthermore i'd like to stop the movement for a short while, in order to let the speaker comment various issues.

Is there a way to smoothen the path ?

Hi Claus, the only way to get more control over the movement is to add more keyframes, especially for sharp turns.

The developers obviously realise that it's hard to control the movement speed when adding keyframes, since you can't adjust the keyframe positions after placing them.
